Nokia N900 is the latest must-have device from Nokia, fueling the never-ending discussion and anticipation about how operators will be subsidizing it. N900 is a truly high-end device, with hefty price tag when purchased directly with full price from electronics sellers. Sticker shock naturally leads people to wander and wait for the subsidized pricing plans from the operators, usually reducing the initial price to less shocking level (but often making the total cost of ownership across the 2-year plan more than basic upfront price of the device).
